This unique antique Florentine Pietra Dura chessboard style paperweight was found in a private collection in Florence and restored by us.

It is made of various marbles on a Black Belgian marble base. With clear acrylic display stand included.

Inscription on the back says “B. H T. Caracalla. Roma 1862”.
