This museum quality Pietra Dura inlay mosaic of our production depicts an old man who was born in Florence and lived his entire life in his loved Renaissance city. This mosaic is made of local hard stones - such as chalcedonies, jaspers, onyx, carnicino, green of Arno river - and a finely inlaid lapis lazuli grade AAA ring (the best quality used in jewelry). The whole mosaic is perforateed in a black Belgian marble tile (known as the perfect black). The gilt wooden frame is richly handmade carved.
